Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) is the first University established in 1998 by Govt. of NCT of Delhi under the provisions of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Act, 1998 read with its Amendment in 1999 The University is recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC), India under section 12B of UGC Act.
The Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University has been Accredited with a CGPA of 3.56 on a seven point scale at A++ Grade valid for a period of 7 years from 14-02-2023
It is a teaching and affiliating University with the explicit objective of facilitating and promoting “studies, research and extension work in emerging areas of higher education with focus on professional education, for example engineering, technology, management studies, medicine, pharmacy, nursing, education, law, etc. and also to achieve excellence in these and connected fields and other matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.”
In order to serve the broad purposes for which the University was established, it set out its statements of Vision, Mission and Quality Policy which read as thus :

AEERO as a prior learning Assessment & Certification partner agency of Ministry of MSME TC, CTR, Ludhiana (P.B) Govt. of India. Central Tool Room, Ludhiana has been setup under bilateral agreement on technical cooperation between Govt. of India and Govt. of Federal Republic of Germany to promote a purposeful education for youth in India. CTR offers various courses to cover wide spectrum of technical manpower. All the Certificate Courses, Diploma and Post Diploma Courses offered by CTR are Accepted by industries in India and abroad for employment purposes. This institute has enough infrastructure, latest training methodologies and well-trained faculty to ensure best quality of training. CTR offers training courses of long-term and short-term duration. To increase the efficiency of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises in the Northern Region in light engineering.

Founded in 2012, Media & Entertainment Skills Council (MESC) is a Not-for-Profit Organization, registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. The Council has been promoted by Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) with financial support from National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC).We are an awarding body with NCVET.

MESC has 150 plus Affiliated Training Partners, 933 Total Certified Trainers, 24 plus Empaneled Assessment Agencies, 5,64,195 Trainings conducted under MESC, and 108 QPs across 12 Sub-Sectors.
