- AEERO will help to promote economic and development activities for the benefit of the youth of rural & urban in Pan India
- AEERO will help to assist, subject to such income and/or economic criteria as may be prescribed by the Government from time to time, individuals or groups of individuals belonging to rural & urban Areas on Pan India by way of loans and advances for economically and financially viable schemes and projects. Under Micro Financing Schemes, Self-help Groups have members of the target group to the extent for financial support. The groups of the individuals belonging to the weaker sections (as per income and/or economic criteria prescribed by the Government) include Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes, Minorities, and Disabled Persons.
- AEERO will help to promote Employment & self-employment and other ventures for the benefit of rural & urban in Pan India.
- AEERO will help to get grant concessional finances in selected cases for persons belonging to Backward Classes below the poverty line in the Operation Blessing India. OBI Collaborated areas in India with collaboration with Government Ministries/Departments at the National and State level to the extent of the budgetary assistance granted by the Government of India to the Company.
- AEERO will help to extend educational loans to the pursuing vocational/professional/technical education or training at graduate and higher levels.
- AEERO will help to assist in the up-gradation of technical and entrepreneurial skills in rural/ urban at PAN India.
